Noir is a very busy agency, and we start taking bookings from 8am even though we don’t open till 10am. We receive bookings via text, WhatsApp, email, online booking platform and via phone call.
While dealing with bookings we also get a lot of pre booking requests so during busy times we need to prioritise current bookings over future bookings. We like to take our time when dealing with a booking to ensure we can provide the best match for your requirements. With new customers this process can sometimes take up to 20 minutes as they have lots of questions. Please be aware that while we are dealing with bookings, we are still receiving messages for same day bookings and future bookings all of which are extremely important to us, however we can only do so much at one time.
To ensure you can receive a prompt reply and to help us deal with your enquiry in the most efficient way possible please see the following hints and tips.
- First view our online rota which shows which ladies are working and their hours for that shift
- We update the rota daily to reflect a true and real time availability
- When a model is showing booked this means they are booked for that shift and won’t be available.
- Start time example 10am that means they are ready at 10am to leave for a booking
- End time example 5pm means they are finishing at 5pm so last appointment would be 4pm
- We provide a 2-week online rota so you can see he current day, that week and then the following week.
- Rotas will change daily for various reasons however we have a 24hr hour rota policy to ensure the most accurate availability is showing
- What we require? Date, time, booking length, incall or outcall and you top 3 model selection
- When the above is provided first time it allows a much smoother and speedier process and reduces multiply messages back and forth.
- Please be aware that while we are messaging back and forth, we might have received a phone call and secured a booking for the model you were wanting! We can easily identify genuine bookings over time wasters so our recommendation is to call us directly.
