We don’t want anyone to feel anxious about cancelling a booking. Noir understands that sometimes the unexpected can happen and cancellations are unavoidable.
Below is our cancellation policy, please read through to avoid any unnecessary action.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Please contact our team directly on 07438 602561 to re arrange as text messages and emails can be missed.
Simply let us know the details of your reservation and we can confirm this has been rearranged or cancelled for you.
Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
As long as we have a minimum of three hours notice for all cancellations, you will not be charged.
Time is precious for everyone so allowing as much time as possible allows another booking which might be pending.
No shows
As stated above we have no issues with you cancelling your booking. However, if you are not courteous enough to tell us you are cancelling and just don’t attend this is classed as a no-show. This is not acceptable and Noir will have no other alternative than to decline any future bookings with you unless you pay a deposit which will not be refunded if you cancel. No shows are frustrating to everyone, including our good regular clientele who might have been turned away as we were honouring your booking.
Please respect our models and agency time and stay in communication at all times to avoid any unnecessary upset.
