Although we receive a high volume of applications, our recruitment process is intentionally selective. We carefully consider every applicant to ensure that only ladies who reflect our values and meet our expectations become part of the Noir team.
We would rather offer a smaller selection of exceptional ladies than compromise the standards our clients have come to expect.
Naturally, this can sometimes mean more limited availability, but we firmly believe that maintaining the right calibre of ladies is far more important than simply increasing numbers.
