1. Age & Access

• 18+ only. All clients must confirm they meet this legal requirement.
• Access is exclusively for adults to ensure a responsible, high-end environment.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• By appointment only. All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
• New clients must verbally confirm all bookings. No booking will be approved otherwise.
• Same-day reconfirmation is required.
• Allow ample time to arrive punctually, including time for post-appointment refreshing, which counts toward your session.
• Early arrivals may be accommodated; late arrivals are subject to availability and may result in a shortened session while still charged in full.

3. Payment & Fees

• Payments may include approved bank transfers; a standard booking facilitation fee applies.
• Additional fees are agreed directly with the model; Noir Escorts is not responsible for these charges.
• Payment is verified by the model upon arrival. Requests to delay payment may result in booking termination and future bans.
• Do not attempt to negotiate payment differently upon arrival.

4. Hygiene & Conduct

• Arrive freshly showered, well-groomed, and presented to a high standard.
• Discretion and respectful behaviour are essential at all times.
• All personal belongings and waste must be removed or binned. Chewing gum, wipes, or unhygienic materials must never be flushed. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

5. Communication & Model Privacy

• Maintain polite, professional, and respectful communication at all times.
• Models operate through an agency to protect their privacy; please respect this.
• Inappropriate or offensive behaviour may result in immediate booking termination at full charge.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• All bookings are final.
• Changes or cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.
• Forgotten payment, last-minute indecision, or nervousness may incur a £40 administration & travel fee for future bookings.
